Pricerio now has guided tours: the service walks you through the task you choose
New users pick their task — monitoring, MAP control, analytics, accounting or marketplace automation — and Pricerio shows step by step where everything is and how to start. A tour for every section is available at any time.
A new price monitoring service usually greets you with an empty account: no products, empty charts, and no idea where to click first. Pricerio now starts by asking why you came and shows the path for exactly that task.
Pick a task, get your own route
Right after sign-up, Pricerio asks you to choose how you plan to work:
- Competitor and supplier monitoring — your products, competitor and supplier links, price checks and a recommended price.
- MAP / RRP control — recommended retail prices, distributors, violations and alerts about them.
- Analytics — price dynamics, your position against the market, pricing opportunities.
- Accounting — revenue, profit, expenses and payouts from marketplace sales.
- Marketplace automation — prices, stock, orders and replies to buyers on Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market.
- Something else — tell us what you need and we will help you set it up.
You can select several tasks at once. The tour starts with the main one, and you can come back to the rest later. Each tour has no more than 15 steps.
How the tour works
Hints appear right in the interface: the service highlights the block you need and explains next to it what it contains and why it matters. If a hint asks you to press a button, you can press it yourself or just move on, and Pricerio will do it for you.
To show what a working account looks like, the tour uses an example with products, competitors and prices. Your own data stays unchanged.
For example, the monitoring tour covers:
- where your products live and how to add the first one;
- how to read the actual and recommended price in a single row;
- what the product card contains: the link to your product, competitors, suppliers;
- how to run a price check and where the recommended price comes from;
- how to follow the price history against the market;
- how to check whether a store is supported and how often to run checks.
You can close the tour at any moment. If you close it on the last step, it counts as completed.
A tour for every section, whenever you need it
The scenario is just the start. When you reach a new section, open the profile menu and choose “Service training”. It collects tours for every part of Pricerio:
- dashboard overview;
- products, competitors and suppliers; import and export; MAP control and distributors; check schedule and history;
- marketplace orders; chats, reviews and questions with AI;
- websites and data parsing; analytics;
- accounting; plan, balance and services;
- marketplace automation; profile, team and notifications.
At the top you can see how many tours you have completed. Any of them can be replayed or marked as done manually.
Where to start
If you already use Pricerio, open the profile menu → “Service training” and pick the section you use least. If you are just signing up, the service will offer to choose a task on the very first screen.
